Yes indeed...it's been quite a while now since I've started this agency and we (yes, indeed WE) thought it might be a good idea, and completely in line with our tradition to give a celebration party every 2,5 years with some very fine bands I'm working with for quite some time.
This time the party will be in one of our fave venues in Holland,
w2 popcentrum in Den Bosch.
For those who were never there..imagine an old cinema in 60-70's style with a fantastic foyer. Both rooms will be used and we made sure all bands/acts can be seen.
I'm delighted that our good friends of D˙se are willing to make the effort to travel more then 700 km to play at my party. Thanx guys!

We are very proud to announce two more shows of one of the big surprises of the recently held 14th edition of the Roadburn Festival in Tilburg: US Christmas.
April 29th they will perform during Queens Night in Amsterdam
in Winston, right in the heart of the city with Hooghwater and Adolf Butler as support acts!
So those who prefer something else then steaming dance or electro parties know where to go! April 30th, they will perform again in w2 at the Psychedelic Party together with Oceana Company and many more!

The Devil's Blood cancellation!
The Devil's Blood had to cancel their announced show in Cologne as support of the mighty St. Vitus. here is the official statement of band leader SL.
It is with great personal regret that I inform you that The Devil's Blood will not be able to perform their Cologne Ritual in support of St Vitus this coming Monday the 27Th of April.
Due to a throat infection our singer F. is unable to continue with this performance. The singer has been recently plagued with a bad cold which impaired her vocal chords significantly and the show on Roadburn was the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. We are extremely indebted to all people involved with organising the Ritual in Cologne and feel extremely bad about this decision. However, with the Cult being engrossed in the recordings of its first full length album we dare not stress the situation further and must make this unfortunate decision that comes at the worst of times.

One of the originators of experimental, dark atmospheric black metal with ambient soundscapes and psychedelic influences, Agalloch is finally coming back to our country. It does not occur very often that this Portland/Oregon based band is playing live gigs so this might be your only chance to witness them. Together with them are Austrian finest post black metal band Dornenreich. Yep, the violin will be present but the band will play a loud and devastating amplified show like they did at Summerbreeze Festival. Support act is Mely, also hailing from Austria.
The band is right now getting fantastic reviews all over Europe for their brand new melancholic 'Portrait of a Porcelain Doll' album.

Blisstrain Revisited !
Exile On Mainstream Records, a kind of German equivalent of Mike Patton's Ipecac Label, will return to w2 in Den Bosch with their wonderful concept from last year. 5 experimental noise-post-avantgarde rock bands presenting their latest material in a caroussel kind of set up.
No change overs, just live music from the some of the finest tunes around. Blisstrain involves EOM currently most active bands, who will share two stages and play own sets as well as some collaborations since all these bands know each other well enough now. BLISSTRAIN connects sounds and emotions and creates unique constellations of musicians and artists. We are aiming to connect scenes and styles and we expect results as stunning as unforeseeable from these collaborations, possible failure included. Every show is a non-recurring, unique experience. We will have two full stages interacting on each of the nights. For fans of the label, endorsers of our attitude and like-minded folk who adores true artistic value these shows are not to miss.
All the shows will be recorded live and you fans will be offered the opportunity to take the show you attended home as a recording right after the appearance. We will have custom-made USB sticks for sale with the entire show at the merch booth.

US Eco black metallists Wolves In The Throne Room are hitting the stage of w2 Friday February 20th. The band is at the moment on tour in Europe to promote their new EP 'Malevolent Grain' and their Live @ Roadburn 2008 album. Meanwhile WITTR has been confirmed for Waldrock, Hellfest, Graspop Metal Meeting and Roskilde Festival..
Support act is the best kept secret of the Netherlands, The Devil's Blood, at least in Holland the band is still pretty unknown contrary to other areas in Europe where the release of their EP 'Come Reap' has led to an enormous buzz.
The whole (d)evilish black metal scene seems to adore the satanic proto metal of this mysterious band. Darkthrone, Satyricon, Watain are among their biggest fans. In Germany Metal Hammer and RockHard Magazine as well as UK based international rock and metal zines like Classic Rock Magzine, Terrorizer and Metal Hammer have elected this band as one of the MUST-SEE acts of 2009.
Extra support this evening is Anaphylactic Shock who wull definitely going to shake your booty with their dirty death 'n roll style.

Spacerockers Gomer Pyle have been invited to perform Thursday February 19th in Studio Desmet in Amsterdam for 3voor12 Live.
Between 00:20 and 00:30 it will be broadcasted at 3FM (national radio) and the second part of their gig from 00:30-00:50 can be watched at 3voor12 digital television. Before the show the band will be interviewed by Erik Corton.
One of the coolest rock evenings in Holland with as usual
3 very fine heavy rockbands on the billing. This edition the focus lies on catchy 70's inspired rock songs with a twist.
Opener Hooghwater is without any doubt one of the best newcomers in Holland. Their mini album got so many great reviews that we can speak of a truly sensation. We can expect a full length full of 60's garage, 70's rock with a rough Washington DC sound. A sound very appealing for every cult seeker.
Second band The Liszt will show their ecelectic rock talent inspired by Bowie, Cobain, Goss and JJCale. Guestperformances can be expected by no one less then the almighty BaRon (Astrosoniq, The Devil's Blood).
Last but not least one of German's hottest new rockacts, Samavayo, who had an amazing year with performances at Hurricane, Rock Am Ring, winning the German Coca Cola contest among 1200 other bands...and now on their way for 2 shows for BBC1. Wolves In The Throne Room
Post apocalyptic blackmetal-heads Wolves In The Throne Room will kick of their European tour in Groningen -Vera.
Their sensational performance at Roadburn 2008 was one of the highlights of last year's festival and the amount of listeners was just behind Foo Fighters and QOTSA's with their recorded live performances from Pinkpop at the live streams of 3voor12 Live.
The band just released a live album on Burning World Records of this impressive performance mixed by Astrosoniq's

It's a bit late but damn our website had a major crash just before X-mas.
Nevertheless January 4th we had an amazing rockin' party in 013.
More then 200 people witnessed a fantastic day of hardrock, metal, doom at the first edition of The New Years Gathering, a collaboration of Evacuate Bookings, Loudnoise Productions, 013 and us.
We were very proud to provide the headliner and probably one of the fastest growing underground acts in Europe: The Devil's Blood.
Elected as Best Newcomer Act in the famous German RockHard magazine, invited to support cult-doomers Pentagram in both New York and Baltimore and last but not least headlining the Roadburn Festival on Thursday April 23rd! What's next guys?

Spacejam Records, the fresh label community that has been initiated by members of Astrosoniq, will have a party with their four signed bands in Groene Engel in Oss on Friday December 19th. Expect..the unexpected because The Liszt, Oceana Company, Gomer Pyle and Flying Fortress will not only play their regular setlist but will also focus on acoustic sessions, jamsessions and covers.
The running order is secret so we strongly advice everyone to be there around 20:30 not to miss any of the bands. Walter H. from the illustrious Roadburn Festival is doing a mindblowing VJ set.
Tickets are available for only 8 euro and for early birds there are postcards worth 2 euros as discount for band merchandise.

It's been quite a while ago that Slut, without any doubt one of the best German indiebands has visited Holland. But now, with their new album Still No.1 released by Virgin/EMI, a great new videoclip..these Germans are touring Europe again. Think of Placebo mixed with some postrock and you know what to expect. On their show in 013/Tilburg November 11th, eclectic rockers The Liszt will support them with a amplified set.

Brabant rockers The Liszt are going to perform at two more Popronde-evenings. Thursday October 30th the band will play an acoustic set
in Enschede in De Pijp and November 5th or November 6th the inhabitants of the city of Tilburg can win an acoustic set of the band in their house...whereeven that may be. Please check the local newspaper how you can win a gig of this fantastic band.

Brant Bjork & The Bros: Punk Rock Guilt Tour
The Bob Marley of stoner, founder of Kyuss, is since the beginning of the new Milennium very succesful as solo-artist and band leader/composer of his rock gang ' The Bros'. Every album has a very distinguished, though very recognizable sound. Sometmes catchy, like on albums ' Brant Bjork & The Operators' or 'Somera Sol', funky on ' Keep Your Cool', relaxed jammi'g with band on 'Saved By Magic' or extremely groovy on his debut album 'Jalamanta'. This year Brant released 'Punk Rock Guilt'..an album which goes back to the punk roots, but combined with his sound of the early Jalamanta days. He will visit Europe ith a complete renewed and fresh, young band that will definitely fit with the raw vibe of the album.
